I consider ADHD to be a type of brain, not a type of disability. Treatment should focus on what you’re good at, not just on areas where you struggle.

Learning about—and supporting—people with ADHD is deeply personal to me. Over the years, as I worked closely with clients, I began to recognize ADHD not only in my practice, but within myself and my own family. This gives me a perspective that is both professional and deeply lived. I understand ADHD from the inside out—through clinical experience and through the real, everyday realities of living with it.
If you’ve ever felt overlooked, misunderstood, or discouraged by professionals who didn’t quite “get” ADHD, you’re not alone—and you’re in the right place. My work is grounded in helping you better understand yourself, appreciate your strengths, and create a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling
Whether you’re looking for a consultation, a second opinion, psychotherapy, or support with your career, relationships, or a major life decision, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll focus on building a life that feels authentic to you—one where you can both feel better and function in ways that truly support who you are.
