We’ll begin with a relaxed, in-depth online conversation. I’ll learn about your educational and work history, your family background, and your experiences—what’s worked well, what hasn’t, and what you’re hoping for in the future. This is your space to share your story.
Personalized Career Testing
Next, you’ll complete three well-respected online assessments:
- Highlands Ability Battery
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
- Strong Interest Inventory
I’ll interpret these results through the lens of your individual strengths, challenges, and neurodivergent profile—so the insights are truly meaningful for you.
Integrating Your Full Picture
If you’ve had neuropsychological testing in the past, I’ll thoughtfully incorporate those results as well. This helps us build a more complete and accurate understanding of how you think, learn, and work best.
Your Customized Career Report
Your report brings everything together—your assessments, your background, and our conversations. Think of it like this diagram made up of:
