Services and Fees

Virtual Practice

I meet with clients via my personal Zoom account or by phone, depending upon their preference.

I do a fee-for-service practice. I do not participate in any health insurance plans and have opted out of Medicare. I charge a reduced rate of $150 per session for adults over age 65. All fees are payable by credit card at the time of each session.

General Consultations FAQ:

I do not charge for occasional brief contacts between sessions because I want to be available to my clients in the event of any urgent need. If the discussion becomes extended beyond 10 minutes, there will be a charge at my hourly rate for time spent.

Communication with other providers:

I do not charge for brief email-exchanges with another provider with whom you are currently in treatment such as a physician or ADHD coach.

Records review:

Typically, I do not charge for a records review (i.e., reading prior neuropsychological assessment reports or treatment summaries from your current or previous physician). If your records are very extensive, I charge a reasonable fee at my usual hourly rate and will discuss this with you before undertaking the review.

Requests for medical records

There is a charge of $20 for sending medical records or billing records to cover administrative charges. This fee can be paid via Square after signing a release of information form that will be sent to you authorizing me to send medical records electronically.

Treatment Services

My focus is on careful listening and clear, collaborative goal setting. My focus is on both helping the individual make desired changes within themselves as well as making choices and changes within their environment to better suit their needs and interests.
